My mum took cooking class during the weekends, yesterday she learnt how to make cotton cheesecake, orange cheesecake and mango cheesecake. I know it sounds really weird (ORANGE cheesecake??!!) and it doesn't taste that good either. My mum said it was okay. I don't know, different people, different taste. On the other hand, I love cotton cheesecake (first picture on top) and mango cheescake (the last picture). She took these pictures during her cooking class (she wants to upload them on facebook)..
